The customer pays a price according to the number of pages printed, where the price per page is guaranteed by the contract, as well as response times for any necessary interventions.

Print optimization

We routinely perform print analysis and subsequent solution design. The analysis takes into account: the state of the current hardware, information on operating costs, capacity requirements of the workplaces, costs for service provision, the structure of the organizational integration of the equipment, situational positioning, process setup for solving problems. The design of the print solution then covers: Suggestion for optimal placement of devices, Recommendation of printing device models, Indication of processes for taking care of operational management.
