Cloud

There is no one-size-fits-all type of cloud computing. At the same time, almost every organisation is suitable for at least some cloud solutions. We're here to find the right path for you and help you walk it. A path that's right for your organization, respecting your needs and rules.

On premise vs. cloud

There are at least eight areas that you should consider if you are deciding to migrate your business information to the cloud. Cost and maintenance. Security. Legal and industry regulations. Scalability. Reliability. Data backup. Access from anywhere. Integration of legacy applications and systems. Our specialists can work with you to find the right solution, whether it's hybrid or native cloud or on premise on-premise for your chosen data and applications. In all cases, however, you can benefit from the advantages of virtualization.

Private and public cloud

The public cloud is now a core component of modern IT. It adds flexibility, security, cost efficiency, significantly reduces CAPEX and optimizes OPEX, and offers agility. All resources are then managed by the cloud provider (AWS, MS Azure). In contrast, private cloud resources are used by a single organization. The cloud can be on its own server resources or hosted. Depending on the configuration, it provides greater flexibility, control and often scalability.

VMware Virtualization

Server virtualization refers to the creation of software-based versions of the physical server. The resulting multiple server instances operate in parallel, separated in terms of function but relying on the same underlying hardware. Server virtualization provides businesses and IT professionals with an effective way to boost agility and productivity within an organization, while in many cases reducing IT hardware expenses by reducing the need for additional physical servers.

Software-defined data center

Imagine a data centre without any physical intervention. All infrastructure components are virtualized and data center management is completely automated by software. VMware vSphere provides virtualization at every layer, including compute, storage and networking. VMware's approach allows companies to implement and integrate SDDC technologies at their own pace without having to dispose of and replace existing infrastructure.

Open Cloud (Proxmox)

Virtualization from Proxmox Server Solutions GmbH Austria. The basis is KVM Virtualization (RedHat). Virtualization enables the conservative model and the Hyper-converged model (Ceph). More than 15,000 customers pay for commercial support. Proxmox enables classic virtualization (image), container virtualization LXC, Docker support, etc. Own backup server. Broad community support. We replace customer solutions by building on VmWare and Hyper-V. Can also run a version without paid support.

Energy saving

Did you know that on premise servers are often only used at 5-15% of their maximum capacity? And that virtualizing or migrating to the cloud can save up to 80% of electricity? Nowadays, running servers and applications in the cloud is a modern solution, but also a major contribution to the economy and environmental responsibility of your business. Not to mention an overall higher uptime without significantly increasing the cost of operation.
